For 2024-25, discussions will cover essential topics, including analysing survey data, benchmarking results, crafting effective action plans, and strategies to boost participation rates. Members will also delve into amplifying the employee voice through forums and other initiatives, creating inclusive channels for meaningful dialogue. The group will address the Top 3 Engagement Challenges, fostering a collaborative space to share insights and develop innovative approaches that strengthen organisational culture and staff satisfaction.
