Our Senior HR Summit 2026 has now drawn to a close, and what a fantastic two days it was, spent in Birmingham with the sunshine firmly in attendance too! It was a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces and warmly welcome those joining us for the first time.
Building on the success of previous years, this year’s Summit once again demonstrated the value of creating dedicated space for the senior HR community to connect with peers who understand the unique opportunities and challenges of leadership in Higher Education. From strategic discussions and thought-provoking insights to honest conversations and shared experiences, the event reinforced just how powerful collaboration and peer support can be.
We were also joined by an outstanding group of partners, whose depth of knowledge and experience brought real value - sharing expertise and building meaningful connections with delegates.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us and contributed to such an engaging and energising event. We hope you left feeling inspired, connected and equipped with fresh ideas for the months ahead and we are already looking forward to doing it all again next year.

Our Senior HR Summit 2027 will take place on Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23 June in Loughborough.
