The 2021 UHR Conference and Exhibition took place online, from 10th to 14th May.
After the toughest of years, both personally and professionally, many of us were more than ready to reconvene under the UHR Conference banner for UHR21: Refreshing HR. Here, we were able to reconnect with colleagues and find new focus with the help of inspiring speakers. In sessions themed across the entire HR remit we explored new ideas and approaches. We raised our eyes from day jobs that have been Covid-dominated in the last twelve months and towards a new horizon.
We know that some things will never be the same again – and the world of work is one of them. As HR practitioners we’re at the heart of the task to reshape working lives. What do we know now that we didn’t know twelve months ago? How has your own professional thinking changed during a year of crisis? We know the resilience of our universities, our staff and our students has been challenged during the last year. Can we gather together all that we’ve learnt, embed those learnings and build a better working future in higher education?
The resources below are only available to those who attended the conference. You will need to sign into your UHR account to view the slides and sessions. If you attended the conference and do not have an UHR account then click here to register.
