UHR’s inclusive futures network was set up on the back of our popular inclusive recruitment webinar series. The focus of the network is on how people process, policy and practice can be developed to be more inclusive and therefore help diversify the HE workforce.
Meeting quarterly online, the network offers a dedicated Teams channel and regular opportunities to explore key topics, exchange learning, and build peer relationships — all shaped by and for people professionals.
The network is underpinned by Terms of Reference, which outline the principles of confidentiality and other key details. A Teams site has been created to share documentation and ask questions between meetings. Our UHR Networks Sign Up Service is a quick and easy way to sign up to the network distribution list and get access to the Teams site. You can access resources from previous meetings on the dedicated webpage.
Please note that you will now need a full access UHR web account to book a place at these events. If you don't yet have a UHR web account, please click here to register. If you already have a basic-level e-learning account please email membership@phes.ac.uk so we can upgrade your account for you (no additional cost involved).
When you book a place on this event you will receive a Booking Confirmation email from notifications@uhr.ac.uk. Please note that this email will have an icalendar.ics attachment that you can open to save the details in your calendar of choice. Joining instructions will be issued closer to the time of the event.
Joining instructions will be issued closer to the time of the event. Because this event will be held in MS Teams, please be aware that your email address will be visible to other attendees. Any queries with your booking, please contact Julie.
When you receive your joining link, please do not share the link or forward to other colleagues. We have a limit on participants to ensure that the session is interactive and only those who have registered via our website will be able to join.
These sessions are usually not recorded although we may record sections of the meetings, such as when we host an external speaker. Anonymised notes may be taken during the meeting to be shared with other members. If any segment of a session is going to be recorded, you will be advised in advance.
