This session is for HR Directors and senior colleagues involved in transformational change at the Executive level.
Purpose of the session
This webinar will explore why executive team effectiveness is becoming a critical issue for universities and why HR directors have an important role in helping institutions respond. Executive teams are operating under significant pressure: financial challenge, restructures, changing portfolios, interim appointments, rising board scrutiny, industrial relations pressures and growing regulatory expectations.
The session will explore how Executive teams can increase their effectiveness and move beyond structure charts and role descriptions to focus on collective leadership, agile decision-making, accountability, culture and new ways of working with the governing board.
