We invite HR Directors and Chief People Officers and their deputies to join us on 23 and 24 June for UHR’s 2026 Senior HR Summit. This year we are pleased to announce that we will be in Birmingham for another two days of networking, learning and reflection. Senior HE HR professionals highly value this safe space to learn together, discuss strategy and talk freely with peers away from distractions. This event is designed specifically to meet those needs amongst our senior colleagues and is open to HRDs/CPOs – with a chance to bring along a Deputy/equivalent colleague working at a senior level who would see this event as a development opportunity.
TICKETS
Two-day tickets for the event are available for £180pp + VAT. This includes lunch on both days, refreshment breaks, an evening dinner on Day 1, and of course a programme packed full of thought-provoking, interesting speakers and networking opportunities. No ticket options will include accommodation and delegates need to book their own accommodation.
Accommodation - Edgbaston Hotel & Conference Centre has offered a limited number of rooms at £140pp per night and details of how to book are included in your booking confirmation email. We advise booking hotel rooms as soon as possible due to there being no other accommodation options in the immediate area (other options are available in Birmingham City Centre). Please contact Julie if you need any help with this.
We hope that delegates will be able to join us for the entire event but our options have been chosen to give you flexibility should you need this.
Day tickets - We recognise that some colleagues aren’t able to attend both days and we will therefore be offering a small number of day tickets for both Day 1 and Day 2. A ticket for Day 1 includes a full day with dinner in the evening, priced at £135pp and a ticket for Day 2 is a full day with lunch priced at £120pp.
Day 1 (23 June): Full day from c.11am including refreshment breaks, lunch and an evening Dinner finishing at approximately 9.30pm. £135pp + VAT
Day 2 (24 June): Full day from 9.15 am to c.3.45pm, including lunch and refreshment breaks. £120 + VAT
2nd Delegate - As well as the HR Director/Chief People Officer, a Deputy working at a senior level can also attend.

VENUE AND TRAVEL INFORMATION
The 2026 Senior HR Summit will be hosted at Edgbaston Park Hotel & Conference Centre, Birmingham University, 53 Edgbaston Park Rd, Birmingham B15 2RS. The campus is a short train ride from Birmingham City Centre and parking is available on site. Further details will be provided to all delegates closer to the event.

We will not, under any circumstances, refund aborted travel costs associated with this event regardless of whether you or we cancel the booking.
