The UHR Engagement Group is a dynamic forum dedicated to supporting HR and OD professionals in enhancing employee engagement across the higher education sector. This group explores the latest practices in designing and implementing impactful engagement strategies, with a particular focus on employee engagement surveys. Meeting quarterly online, the network offers a dedicated Teams channel and regular opportunities to explore key topics, exchange learning, and build peer relationships — all shaped by and for professionals working at the heart of organisational change.
The network is underpinned by Terms of Reference, which outline the principles of confidentiality and other key details. A Teams site has been created to share documentation and ask questions between meetings. Our UHR Networks Sign Up Service is a quick and easy way to sign up to the network distribution list and get access to the Teams site. You can access resources from previous meetings on the dedicated webpage.

These sessions are usually not recorded although we may record sections of the meetings, such as when we host an external speaker. Anonymised notes may be taken during the meeting to be shared with other members. If any segment of a session is going to be recorded, you will be advised in advance.
