Forum Theme – Doing it differently: escaping the organisational blockers to change
The opening session will be an ‘ignite presentation’ which will help set the context for the day.
The main approach on the day will be facilitated groups working on a ‘collaborative challenge’ to think about how they might approach things differently and out of their normal way of doing things, stretching participants to feel the art of what might be possible if organisational shackles are left behind.
