UHR in partnership with The Roffey Park Institute
Roffey Park is an internationally recognised leadership institute and has been working with senior leaders across the globe for over 50 years, with a wealth of experience in the private, public and third sectors.
Date and Venue
This is a four day residential programme taking place at Roffey Park, Horsham, West Sussex: Module One and Module Two will take place over two days on 13th and 14th January and 3rd and 4th March, respectively. Commitment to ongoing development will be expected in the form of membership of an Action Learning Set and establishing a mentoring relationship with a UHR Mentor at HR Director level.

Who should attend?
This programme is aimed at senior HR professionals within bands 3 or 4 (now chartered member and chartered fellow levels) who are likely to attain an HR directorship role within the next 2-3 years.

Cost
The cost of the four day programme, including residential costs is £1950 (plus VAT). This rate has been subsidised by UHR as part of its commitment to develop the HR leaders of the future.
