The aim of the session is to provide Higher Education HR and payroll specialists an overview of common US state and local tax policies, as well as how these laws work alongside the US federal tax code. Vialto return to present this Time to Talk session and will review the specific rules in operation in California, Massachusetts and New York covering both employer payroll withholding obligations as well as a brief background on individual tax filing requirements in these states.
The last fifteen minutes of the session will be for Q&A.
