This programme has been developed as part of a wider strategic workforce planning programme.  However, we recognise that the content may be of interest to other colleagues and therefore some additional places are available to members who wish to attend this programme as a one-off event.

Module Outline:

Led by Dean Morley - Director of Human Resources & COO - Richmond, the American International University in London and Sophie Crouchman - Strategic Projects and Research Manager - UHR

  • How do you find information about your workforce - do you understand what data your HEI holds, how to access it and what to do with it?
  • Working with the Dean or Director of School/Faculty to understand the shape and size of their unit, their current challenges and their plans
  • Who are your key stakeholders?
  • Understand the process of workforce planning & why it is important

This programme has been developed as part of a wider strategic workforce planning programme in which it constitutes Module 2 of 5 Modules – you can find out more about the full programme here.
