UHR in partnership with the CIPD
Thursdays 9, 16 & 23 June 2022
Fee: £525 plus VAT per delegate
This workshop has been created in collaboration between UHR and CIPD to support the professional development of HR middle leaders (senior business partners/HR managers) wanting to progress into HR leadership positions (Head of HR/Assistant Director). Aligned to the CIPD Profession Map, the learning covers Business Acumen (Core Knowledge), Professional Courage and Influence (Core Behaviour) and Organisation Development (Specialist Knowledge) and will be underpinned by relevant standards at Chartered Member impact level.
Why attend this programme? Colleagues who are interested in developing the skills and knowledge needed to undertake a more senior role in an HR team will find that this programme provides a combination of input and challenge that will take their professional practice to the next level.
The workshop will be delivered over 3 days, with four 60 minute virtual classrooms on each and will be very much a live learning experience. It will be facilitated by two different subject matter experts, Payal Gaglani Bhatt (for days 1 and 2) and Olivia Parrish (day 3), whilst retaining a consistent and cohesive structure and narrative throughout.
