This programme is aimed at:
Assistant Directors, Heads of Function, HR Business Partners and HR Managers. Anyone working in a change environment or striving to improve organisational effectiveness.
Objectives
• define organisation development (ODV), key theories and characteristics, and the role of the ODV practitioner
• explain and apply the phases of ODV work
• source and analyse data to inform your work
• apply models to diagnose an organisation’s effectiveness
• explain the link between data collection and analysis, and choiceof intervention
• identify the role and methods of evaluation
• assess your own strengths and personal development needs within the context of the OD role.
By the end of this course, you will have an:
• Increased appreciation of the relationships between OD and other disciplines such as HR and L&D.
• An understanding of the phases of OD and the use of the consultancy cycle for each phase
• Increased application of models to diagnose an organisation’s effectiveness
• Increased application of the role of diagnostic models in assessing the health of the organisation

Olivia is passionate about how businesses unlock the potential in their people to achieve commercial success. A curious and passionate Organisational Design and Development specialist who brings a wide-range of experiences from her HR and L&D career in the UK and US in a range of sectors from professional services, engineering, private healthcare, hospitality and the public sector.
In her roles as a Coach, Mentor and Facilitator Olivia uses her experience to bring clarity to individual, team and organisational challenges and creates momentum to align solutions to support the outcomes required with imagination, a supportive approach and a genuine interest in people.
With a background as a curious and commercially focused Group HR Director with broad HR, L&D and Organisational Development experience in a variety of sectors, Olivia easily adapted to new industry environments. Passionate about being part of a business where a culture can be developed that allows behavioural transformation to unlock potential.
