The 2022 Conference will take place online via Hopin.
The conference will run throughout 10-12 May. More details can be found on the Dedicated Conference Website.
Please note that you will need to be logged in to your UHR website account to book a ticket. If you do not yet have an account, please register here.
Just like last year we are using Team Tickets for institutions, which means you can book the whole of your HR Team to attend as part of the same ticket. Choose one person from the dropdown list (preferably the HR Director) and then choose the correct ticket type according to your UHR membership subscription band; there are five Team Ticket prices, depending on your band; (or an individual ticket can be chosen if you don’t want a whole Team Ticket). We will contact you nearer the time to explain how your colleagues can register their place at the Conference. At that point, all delegates from your organisation will need to have an account on the UHR website so they can be added to your booking.
Discount Codes and Refunds
For those institutions who carried forward their fee from last year, we will issue you with a discount code to use against this year's booking. This code will be issued to the institution's HRD. If you think you should have received a discount code, and you have not yet been contacted about it, then please email Gill.
Due to the cost of processing invoices, we strongly prefer delegates to pay by Credit Card. However, please be aware that, depending on your booking preferences, the conference will cost between £360 incl. VAT (for 1 delegate) and £1440 incl. VAT (at Band 5). If your Credit Card limit prevents you from paying by card, please contact Gill. Please note that you will need to provide a PO number, we will not be able to process and confirm your booking without one.
If you do intend to pay by card, please have it ready when you start the booking process as choices cannot be saved and bookings are not complete until payment has been processed.
