To help HR Administrators enhance their contribution to the success of their university by delivering service excellence to all stakeholders both internal and external.

Who should attend?
This programme is aimed at HR Administrators (or equivalent) who are at the fundamental level or have recently moved to the associate level of the CIPD professional levels. Participants are likely to be holding roles which incorporate one or more of the following areas of activity; recruitment administration; contract administration; supporting new starters; providing advice on terms and conditions of service (annual leave entitlements, maternity pay calculations, etc); or, maintaining HR Information Systems.

PROGRAMME OUTLINE
Pre-course work:
In preparation for the programme, you will be required to meet with your head of department or other senior HR colleague to discuss the HR strategy, how it supports organisational success, and how your role contributes to that success. You should bring notes of those discussions with you.
