HR teams across Higher Education have access to increasing amounts of workforce data, but turning that data into meaningful insight - and ultimately better decisions - can be challenging.
This session is designed to help HR professionals understand how to make better use of workforce data and analytics, including:
➡️ Getting the data foundations right – understanding data quality, context and the questions we are trying to answer
➡️ Moving beyond traditional reporting towards meaningful insight and evidence-based decision making
➡️ Exploring practical Higher Education workforce analytics use cases and challenges
➡️ Understanding how AI is changing analytics and the way HR professionals can interact with and interpret workforce data
➡️ Using data to identify workforce trends, risks and opportunities
➡️ Developing a more data-driven approach within the HR function
This session is aimed at HR professionals working across Higher Education who use workforce data and insight as part of their role, but who do not need to be data analysts.
