UHR Connects is series, offering regional, in-person, one-day events designed to bring HR professionals together face-to-face. These low-cost, accessible sessions provide expert insights, sector research, and best practice sharing from across HE, alongside valuable networking and discussion opportunities.

All UHR members are welcome at any event, regardless of location. We’ve designed the programme to minimise the need for overnight stays, though you’re welcome to arrange your own accommodation if needed.

*All members are welcome to join this event but it may be helpful to know that the content and activities of the day are designed for established practitioners or mid-level managers. Although job titles vary greatly across the sector, this would typically include Senior Advisor/Officer, Business Partner or Head of Function. For Senior HR leaders, such as CPOs, HRDs and Deputies (or equivalent), we would invite you to attend our Senior HR Summit in June.
