We are pleased to confirm that this network will continue to operate for the 2025-2026 year. We will continue to provide a safe space for UHR members to discuss the challenges and opportunities in this challenging area of people practice.
The group will meet four times per year to discuss a range of issues affecting practitioners with opportunities to share best practice and collaborate. The issues to be discussed will focus on ER/Casework where there is typically an investigatory element, including disciplinaries, grievances, whistleblowing, dignity at work/study etc.
Our organiser group, made up of network members who work in this area of practice have determined the topic/s that will be discussed at each meeting, although there will also be time for topical and urgent issues that members are facing.

The network is underpinned by Terms of Reference, which outline the principles of confidentiality and other key details. An MS Teams site has been created to share documentation and ask questions between meetings.
