After positive member feedback, we are pleased to confirm that the Inclusive Recruitment Network will continue to operate for the 2024-2025 year. We plan to continue to provide a safe space for UHR members to discuss all aspects of diversity & inclusion as they relate to recruitment. The issues to be discussed are informed by member feedback but will concentrate on different aspects of inclusivity & diversity in staff recruitment. Member feedback has been used to inform topics that will be discussed at each meeting, although there will also be time for topical and urgent issues that members are facing.
The network is underpinned by Terms of Reference, which outline the principles of confidentiality and other key details. An MS Teams site has been created to share documentation and ask questions of your peers between meetings. Our UHR Networks Sign Up Service is a quick and easy way to sign up to the network distribution list and get access to the Teams site.
