After positive member feedback, we are pleased to confirm that this network will continue to operate for the 2024-2025 year. We plan to continue to provide a safe space for UHR members to discuss the challenges and opportunities in this core area of people practice.
The issues to be discussed will concentrate on key HR & OD operations and administrative processes, including the various methods of service delivery. Member feedback has been used to decide on the main topic that will be discussed at each meeting, although there will also be time for topical and urgent issues that members are facing.
At this meeting, the headline topic for discussion will be the top 3 HR Operations Challenges.
The network is underpinned by Terms of Reference, which outline the principles of confidentiality and other key details. An MS Teams site has been created to share documentation and ask questions of your peers between meetings. Our UHR Networks Sign Up Service is a quick and easy way to sign up to the network distribution list and get access to the Teams site.

When you book a place on this event you will receive a Booking Confirmation email from notifications@uhr.ac.uk. Please note that this email will have an icalendar.ics attachment that you can open to save the details in your calendar of choice.
