This is a brand new network for 2023 and has arisen from member discussions on the topic of career pathways and frameworks. The main focus of the network will be the opportunities that exist or are being developed for professional services colleagues as this is an emerging area of interest. There is also opportunity to share best practice in relation to academic career pathways and frameworks. The issues to be discussed are decided based on member feedback.
I'm pleased to confirm that at this meeting we will have colleagues from Edge Hill University and University of Hull sharing details of the projects they have been undertaking in this space.
An MS Teams site has been created to share documentation and ask questions between meetings. Contact emma@uhr.ac.uk if you would like to be added to the network.
