By the end of the Delivering Transformational Change programme you will be able to:
Apply a step by step approach to prepare, introduce and deliver change
Anticipate and manage the emotional responses to change
Apply skills to coach, influence and gain buy-in from key stakeholders and cope with resistance
Mobile the wider organisation, sustaining change and institutional performance
Measure the impact of change
Who should attend?
This programme is aimed at HR professionals who are leading and delivering organisational change projects (typically at CIPD band 3).
Ideally, you will have a current change initiative to focus on.

Cost
The cost of the one day programme, including lunch and refreshments is £250 (plus VAT).

Presenter Details:
Sadie Sharp is an established transformation consultant, professional speaker and Non-Executive Director with a broad and strategically aligned skill set, specialising in organisation design, change management, management development and strategic HR. Experience in working with a range of public, private and third sector clients, from Universities and Councils to Marks & Spencer and RBS, helping develop organisations through strategic consultancy, interim management, training, facilitation and coaching.
