Veredus (part of Capita PLC) is a People Talent consultancy which helps organisations identify, assess and develop impactful talent. Veredus is working with several clients on Neuro Inclusivity -- including developing inclusive attraction, assessments and continued development plans. In this session, colleagues from Veredus will discuss how they work with organisations to ensure that their recruitment & assessment processes are accessible to all and are designed to be as inclusive as possible.
