UHR Engagement Group meeting

We have created the agenda for the next meeting of the UHR Engagement Group and here is a summary outline of the two key segments:
Segment 1 = Survey Topic: Survey Deployment
Segment 2 = Hot Topic: Listening to your People
This group has been established to bring members together to consider the various stages of staff surveys, the key engagement stages through the employee life cycle and topical engagement issues. Survey responses from group members have been used to prioritise the order in which meeting topics will be discussed and the types of activities that are most beneficial. We will aim to bring you examples of good practice with an opportunity to discuss and engage with other practitioners on common challenges.
We have also created an MS Teams site for connecting and sharing between meetings; if you would like to be added to the group distribution list and Teams site, please contact emma@uhr.ac.uk
