Programme Aim
To combine self-insight with practical tools to help you strengthen your personal impact, confidence and professional relationships within an HR context.
By the end of the Strengthening Personal Impact programme you will be able to:
Analyse the perception you have of yourself, how others perceive you and how you respond to others
Consider your values, beliefs and take control of your personal brand
Improve your personal impact in order to leave the desired impression
Challenge your assumptions on self-limiting beliefs in order to boost confidence
Apply curiosity to every personal and professional interaction
Gain an objective perspective for a current, critical relationship and learn how to do the same for others
Who should attend?
This event would be of interest to those early in their HR careers who wish to develop their personal impact, including those at CIPD levels 1-2 (HR Administrators, Team Leaders and HR Advisors).

Cost
The cost of this one day programme, including lunch and refreshments is £250 plus VAT. This is a special CIPD-UHR partnership rate offering added value to members as part of UHR’s commitment to provide high quality, affordable, relevant professional development for all HR professionals in the sector.

Gerry Eckersley
A highly effective and commercially astute member of the CIPD HRBP faculty with a proven track record of delivery across OD, Culture Change and the full range of HR Disciplines. Known for commercial and practical solutions, as well as academic rigour, including teaching at University undergraduate and postgraduate level. Lay member of the Employment Tribunals (Scotland) and recognised coach and mentor to Director level.
