Gerry Eckersley

A highly effective and commercially astute member of the CIPD HRBP faculty with a proven track record of delivery across OD, Culture Change and the full range of HR Disciplines. Known for commercial and practical solutions, as well as academic rigour, including teaching at University undergraduate and postgraduate level. Lay member of the Employment Tribunals (Scotland) and recognised coach and mentor to Director level.

Key skills and experience

• Designs and facilitates strategic HR training based on extensive senior HR Business Partner and HR Leadership experience.
• Develops and facilitates leadership and team effectiveness interventions to increase business productivity.
• Designs and delivers lectures to Undergraduate and Postgraduate students studying strategic Human Resource Management.

Recent projects and achievements

• Facilitated at several Executive Leadership Events to focus on cultural change and strategic transformation within a Financial Services organisation.
• Designed and facilitated a senior leadership team event for a major FTSE 100 company.
• Coached senior leaders working in business environments undergoing significant change.
• Designed and delivered a People Strategy to transform Customer Service in a Financial Services Business.
