Programme Aim
To learn and practice a range of internal consulting skills, tools and techniques to enhance your professional impact as HR Business Partner in supporting your operational areas.

This programme is aimed at HR professionals at CIPD bands 3 (or those aspiring to operate at this level) who are working closely with senior managers creating HR solutions to organisational challenges.

Presenter Information:
Naomi Holloway
Naomi has worked for 16 years in the Higher Education Sector, for 5 years as HR Director at Queen Mary, part of the University of London and then for 9 years as the Director at the University of Hertfordshire. Since leaving Hertfordshire Naomi has set up her own consultancy providing HR support to HEIs and has undertaken work at The University of South Wales, Royal Holloway, The Courtauld Institute of Art and was interim HR Director at Birkbeck for 7 months in 2017. Latterly Naomi has taken on the management of CPD for UHR for one day a week. Naomi developed and delivers the Building High Performing Teams workshop for UHR and Consultancy Skills for HR.
Whilst a Director in the Sector Naomi was a member of the UHR Executive and was Treasurer for 6 years. She was also a member of the inaugural Teachers Pension Scheme Pensions Board and of the HEFCE Leadership, Management and Governance Management Group.
Naomi is also mum to two girls aged 10 and 12, chair of a local single academy trust board, is a member of the Shaping Bishops Stortford Residents Group and works hard to fit in swimming, cycling, running and hockey training each week.
