Our 2023 Remit Survey results have been launched. How big is the average HR Team in the HE Sector? What is the average HR Budget as a % of overall Provider income? What is the single biggest challenge facing HR Leaders?
We have just wrapped up our UHR HR Remit Survey 2023 and you can find all the details on this dedicated web page, which hosts the Survey Analysis Report and the Benchmarking Dataset. With 94 participants (1 more than 2022 and 58% of UHR Members!) plus an expanded question set, there was a vast amount of information for us to summarise this year and we plan to add more resources to this page in the next month, including some examples of Team Structure Charts that have been provided by respondents.
