The Covid-19 pandemic has left many managers and their teams working away from the office and separated from each other for the first time. To give UHR and AUDE members a chance to reflect and explore some of the challenges of management that this can bring, Halpin are running an online webinar with a team of experienced ‘remote managers’. They’ll share their experience and insight into how to ensure teams are supported, productive and engaged and discuss how management styles might need to adapt to continued remote working.
Speakers include:
Sirin Myles – International Education Consultant and Coach, who has managed teams based all over the world
Emma Bales – Deputy Director of Student Services at the University of Cumbria, who manages teams based across 5 different campuses
Shaun Horan – Joint CEO and Co-Founder of Halpin, who manages the remote Halpin team
Date/Time
Wednesday 24th June
3pm – 4pm
After booking your place, you will receive a confirmation email from UHR/AUDE containing a link to register for the webinar (if you do not receive this email, please contact Gill Birch). Please click the link as soon as possible.
