Termination Payments Tax & NI Flowchart

Julia Ascott of Ascott ETC, who spoke at the BUFDG tax conference this year, has provided us with an easy-to-follow flowchart for determining the tax and NI treatment of termination payments under the new rules which took effect in April this year. The flowchart can be found on our website here.
